I wasn't going to leave a review about my experience yesterday. But the more I thought about it the more I feel it was unacceptable. I took my jeep in to get a set of 4 new tires. Quick fast service A+! The issue is after all that I go to the counter and see my Jeep tire plug cover sitting on the counter. The clerk jokingly says " oh I thought that was part of your keys" followed with its plastic and plastic breaks. I'm well aware that plastic breaks. But the point is it wasn't broken when I brought my jeep in. There was no hey want us to try and use some glue or anything to that nature. It was pretty much " whatever" put your card in the machine pay and go. It's the small things in customer service that will make a company look ridiculous. After paying upwards of $700 dollars for new shoes you'd think there would Be at least a sorry we messed up what can I do to make this right. Customer service 101! Also I want to give Dennis the clerk I spoke with on the phone a shout out! Great customer service! Thank you!

I went to Flynn's for a new set of tires. Adam was honest with me and told me I did not need tires at this time. I decided to get a new set anyways as I did not want the tread to get worse for winter. I truly appreciated his honesty though. I got a wonderful price on my tires due to the tent sale. My tires were put on in less than 2 hours. I have been going to Flynn's for years for various services. I have always been treated fairly and kindly. I recommend Flynn's to my friends as an excellent place for any service needed. Flynn's will always be my number one choice for my vehicle!

I called Monday morning to price tires, spoke with Dennis. He was very professional and helpful. Took his time with me to price several different tires. Ordered tires, he called me Monday afternoon and told me the tires were in and I got there about 4ish and was out by 515. Everyone was great and I had a great experience! Thank you!

Flynn's is a walk-in shop, which was perfect for us. We had a blowout while traveling, and they were eager to help us replace our (evidently not too common tire). The whole team seemed to rally around us and turned an unpleasant situation into a nice travel story. Fast! Even with our difficult-to-find tire, and other customers ahead of us, we were out of there and happily back on our way in about 2 hours. Friendly! These guys really went above and beyond for us, but not because we're special. I watched them interact with all the other customers the same way. They all seemed as pleased with their service and attention as we were. Thorough! Sure, "it's just putting on a new tire, how complicated is that?" Exactly. It's not complicated, so it's a perfect opportunity for speeding through, missing something simple, and treating the customer like the place is an assembly line. Flynn took the time to make sure we were satisfied and felt safe to continue on our road trip. They even followed up with a reminder call to retorque the lug nuts. Definitely recommend!
